How to overcome lazyness by Budha.

1. Wake up early (Sleep at right time)
2. Correct your body posture while Walking, sitting, sleeping, etc (Ref: A Monk)
3. Eat good food & stop overeating (Nutritious food)
4. Noble Friendship (Have Great Group)
5. Put off work (finish what you start)
6. Have a definite goal (We got distracted when so many options are available. Simply stuck your WHY to every work.)

There are two types of lazyness, one is mental and the other one is physical.
